Yep, he knows his JRPGs.
Article believes it to be Tremor and I'd say that's a pretty good guess.
I feel your sentiment and it's what fueled the two articles (including the one above) that I wrote on the issue. Like I've said in a lot of different places, I don't think Destiny: The Dark Below stinks or anything like that, it just doesn't offer anything fresh or different. More of the same.
I think the reason why those game changing expansions are so few and far between isn't because Bungie won't or can't make them, but rather developers have a...
A lot of WoW expansions could have fit in here, it was pretty much a coin flip on whether to include Cataclysm or BC. After speaking with some longtime WoW players, most seemed to agree that BC was more defining and represented the series' golden age. Really could have gone either way though. Your point is well taken.
That's kind of the point. It's branding itself as a expansion pack, when it actuality it's a higher priced standard DLC add on. The term expansion pack triggers a set of expectations that The Dark Below doesn't reach, despite being a decent DLC pack overall.
Think about how confused those neighbors must be. Going from having Queen Bee, Beyonce, as a neighbor to a fedora wearing sweedish guy hahah
This is hysterical LOL.
Did you read the article though? Because in it I explain how there's nothing wrong with what they added, it just isn't a whole lot and doesn't shake the game up at all. Which is something that expansions should be doing instead of just adding more of the same.
I do like everything they added, it just isn't enough compared to what most people think of when they think of an expansion.
Six but someone probably left and another person filled in.
I'm still trying to clear VoG on hard mode lol. Can't imagine trying to do this with ZERO info out there on it. Good on that clan that got it done.
I'll be peacefully working on the missions until then haha.
Well in defense of the author, he does say that there are many locations to explore (not implying that Africa is one big country). Not to mention depending on the era that is chosen, the political boundaries of Africa would obviously be different, unlike the other countries in the list.
Maybe suffers is a little strong, but the game still has lots of issues, especially on the RPG and MMO side of things. There's a lot of aspects in Destiny that need fixing up, especially considering how long it was in development for and the pedigree of its developer/publisher.
lol love need for sleep.
If I'm being honest, seeing who comes out on top between the Wii U and Xbox One worldwide will be more interesting.
I agree. As long as Sony doesn't go into a drought they are in good shape to hold the lead.
$299 would be really aggressive. I think Microsoft is already going pretty hard by dropping to $350 for the holidays. We'll have to see how that plays out for them this holiday season. In general though I agree staying lower than whatever the PS4 is going for will be necessary to catch up.
Is it possible that it's a PS Now stream?
I'm really hoping the division is OK because I was really impressed with what I saw at E3 last year.
