I believe that micro had said that it was "light years" ahead of anyone else's online offerings. Now they are only streets ahead? At least they are finally telling the truth.
I really hope someone at Sony reads some of these false rumors and gauges how people react to it. Obviously they noticed the facebook thing and how people would like it. Firefox browser and pandora would really own though. F last.fm if we had that. How cool would it be to have pandora playing for you while you play some games. I'd be all for it.

Even when there are so many good games and good things coming out for Sony, people have to complain. Its always cross game chat or bc. Put it this way, if you sat on your hands when the system first came out and didn't buy one with bc, too effing bad. Suck it up and get over it. I have the original system with bc and I don't even use it.

From what I gathered by reading the story, its his blue ray drive that is broken and nothing else. It's about the hardware, which we all know can fail in a small amount of systems. Who knows, the thing could have had the ylod and this dude just decided to pin in on the firmware.

i'm right up there with you. i think at this point, i'm up to around 36 games and quite a few blu ray movies. More games then movies though.

actually, my girl despises lbp, but is a huge fan of all the lego games, wow, warcraft, resistance,and even dynasty warriors. It just depends on what type of things she gets in to.
I would honestly bought this day 1 if it came with some trophies, but sadly, at this point, i am quite back logged. I only played through r2 once, barely online, just got to crushing on uncharted, started on mirrors edge, barely in burnout, and still haven't put in kz2. Way too many games to play, not to mention the too damn cute lbp. With the amazing line up coming soon, i'm not sure i'll even have time to play it if i got it. I did enjoy the demo and if a VC2 comes out, i'll make sure i pic...
It would appear that you play as one person, and have others in the group, like how som, or star ocean would be. I'm wondering if there would be any chance it would get some sexy co-op play in it. Kinda like lbp is where you can have 2-4 people on the same system and also have friends pop in whenever. That alone would probably sell me on the game if it ever came to home systems.
