I transferred over a Mewtwo with 2000CP on GO to Let's go. Once I got it on let's go it's only got 650CP/LV22 . The rest of my Pokemon on Let's go are level 45 CP 1800+, so this Mewtwo is no good to me unless I grind it up 25 levels which is awkward to say the least...
Anyone know what that's about or how to avoid this?
Pokémon Let's go, in many ways, is better than the main games. I don't want random encounters in the gen 8 game, I want them walking around as they are in let's go. If they bring back battling Pokémon before you catch them that's fine, but make sure they're waking around as they are now. The system in let's go actually works perfectly fine for catching them and there's still more than enough battling to be done with NPCs, gyms etc.

Wow that's nuts. Switch is the best platform it seems for this type of game. It's every single indie/platformer game at this stage.
It's brilliant but its not the best Switch game so far lol. That title belongs to BOTW and Mario Oddysey.
It is awesome though, it's a love letter to players of the original and also a refreshing glimpse of what the franchise is going to "evolve" into. I'm massively enjoying it. I've played every single gen of Pokémon and I think I might just prefer the way Let's go works to the original formula. Sounds like blasphemy until you try it...

I caught my Mewtwo with normal raz's and took me about 15 ultra balls. Funnily enough it was a poor throw that ended up catching it, but was disappointed to find out that it had gotten much weaker than it was on my phone.
I only sent a few over tho as I want to catch them all in game if I can!
Will keep an eye to see how this turns out considering they've developed it properly for Switch and this one isnt just a mobile port. Could be good.
Put an end to it, they should be free and easily earned by in-game points. DLC expansions , fine. Loot boxes , not cool.
Why are my Pokemon from go being gimped when I transfer them across. Sent over a 2000cp Mewtwo which ended up level 22 and 650cp :S , my team is like level 40-42.

Other than than that though , it's been a fantastic nostalgia trip with loads of fresh stuff going on!
Yh, for some reason it's way more impressive natively on a big TV and when you play it yourself. I was underwhelmed watching gameplay videos on my phone.

And there's a smash Bros bundle gearing up, not to mention they already have some of their big hitters out from last year.
Nintendo is doing amazingly well atm regardless of what the competition are doing.
Pokémon let's go is refreshing to say the least, I'll happily play Let's go as well the core Pokémon games.

It looks and plays fine on the Switch. So the Starfox content makes it the best version.

Wasn't that keen on them myself. Let's Go is just massively refreshing. Really enjoying it, regardless of what these people who aren't playing it think of the game lol.
