The PS4 version looks incredible in handheld mode. Wait sorry, no it doesn't .

What a rubbish comment. I have RDR2 on my XB1X but am absolutely hammering through Smash on my Switch. And many more exclusives.
Will buying all of them except for NSMU as I've no desire to play it again. What an exceptional list of games!

There's not many Nintendo fans who go to Sony articles and bash Sony.
I have an XB1X and a Switch and I'm not massively Into Sony exclusives , except the odd gem like TLOU or GOW. You won't see me going to Sony articles and commenting garbage, I tend to comment on things that I am interested in.

There will be a new Switch with more power and a better screen and will play old Switch games and people will love it just the same presumably. Graphics aren't everything. And even if they are, Switch has exceptional portable graphics and unbelievable exclusives.
It's comparing the speed of the sales , it's outpaced everything in history , not just PS4 and XB1.
No the Switch isn't 9th gen, Nintendo have stepped out of traditional "generations" . switch is a gen 1 hybrid if anything.
Fact is , it's outpaced everything else in America.
We have Mario kart so we can wait a little longer as long as they do a good job!
Be lucky to get a quarter of the sales but ok!
Personally, I'll take a small downgrade and portability.
