They're still really really good games though with perfect gameplay and tons to collect. The art style is questionable but I kind of like it. It's just clinical and sort of how you would expect it to look.
All of the mainline Mario games 2D or 3D are pretty much perfect platformers .
I have to disagree with you there! Amazing graphics but no substance. Forza has both the graphics and the gameplay and content. It's just a pleasure to play.

With my X I can play Horizon in 60FPS which makes it truly special.

I thought it was awesome and provided great challenge and suits the pick up and play nature of the Switch. I like it how you need to get certain spirits In order to help you defeat certain enemies. I also really like the hand drawn map.

Not really no. Just reduce the framerate from 60fps and tweak a few of the assets and hey presto.
The Switch is more capable than some people give it credit for, the upcoming Doom Eternal will give you a good idea of what the transition would be like.
Doom looks stunning running on a Switch in handheld mode all things considered.
