Its pretty much confirmed to be a tablet buddy. So you can stop hoping for a ps4 with NX written on it...
Nintendo is going their own way, which is good cus we have PS,XB and PC if you want that.
@Edmix - It was Nintendo who go there first with handheld to tv connectivity bro, you must remember the gameby player? And even the ability to play pokemon gold and silver on the tv through Pokemon stadium?
Its not about comparing it to psp or gb player, but rather imagining Nintendo releasing one seamless console rather than 2. Pretty sure you will agree its an excitng prospect unless you hate Nintendo...
This thing sounds like one of the most exciting devices ever imo. Don't think or compare it to an Xbox or a Playstation but rather think of it as an NX, which would be like 3DS and WiiU combined, but even better!
It's a Nintendo fans dream, I'd rather have this than a console which matches scorpio or neo hands down.
10 years behind the times? Some Wiiu games look good enough to be on Xbox one. Some Wiiu games actually look prettier than certain Xbox one games and I know cus I own both.

I had a blast with it! After 3-4 weeks though felt like i'd done everything. I hope they make a sequel and make it amazing!
You did completely miss the point of the game. You need to look at it artistically not just in an 'any game' sense. Ask yourself why does the game have such high review everywhere else and why your review is so low and out of place. I wouldn't like to go to an art gallery with you anyway... :p

The wii had its share of core games even though largely it was a casual console, if u know anything about games you will know the great core games Wii had.
With NX they just need to combine everything theyre doing into one console. They've had massive success with core and casual games so it only makes sense for them to carry on doin both. To focus on only one aspect would b suicidal from a business point of view.
Basically no matter what they do, people like you are going to be overly pessimistic anyway.
What do you suggest? They become purely hardcore or purely casual?
They've just said exactly what youd expect and want them to say yet people still manage to percieve it as DOOM!!

Its amazing! I just wish the first waves were a little less tough and the increase in difficulty was more gradual. Feels like Heroic/legendary straight away which is fine I suppose...
Are you playing the same game? Its had arguably the best DLC out of any game and its free.I turned it on the other day to discover Warzone Firefight which is great and tons of new vehicles. Almost every time u turn it on, something new is added.

Fast racing Neo looks and plays like a full priced game, insanely good but insanely difficult on the hardest difficulty. Very talented team!

Sorry but between 3DS and WiiU there is tons of exciting games, new IP, the lot. So what I said still stands. The NX could be one of the best consoles ever.
If Nintendo successfully manages to combine their handheld library with their home console library then it should end up being epic for that reason alone.

Same with Elite dangerous. Perhaps the most mind blowing game i've played for the first few hours and then I realized how much of the entire Milky way do I actually want to explore?

Definitely with you there. A hybrid Tablet NX sounds AMAZING. The next gen of pokemon games are going to be fit to play on tv ffs!
I also play all platforms and am happy Nintendo is different from the rest.
