It has a proper controller with it. From what I've seen the joycon on the grip forms a fully functional controller. I'm going to play Zelda with it.
If you jump out of a moving car, you might die.
Dual screen has had its day not to mention 3d. There's no forced gimmicks on Switch and that's what I love about it.
The Switch is the successor to 3ds and Wiiu! After 1 year out it will really take off as 3ds successor, especially in Japan when pokemon is announced.
People have overreacted to the hard mode. It may end up bein great and all the rest of the stuff in dlc sounds fantastic.
Honestly, Horizon looks crap compared to Zelda and can't be mentioned in the same breath (of the wild). Its supposed to look like a watercolor painting , not photo realistic.
Its obviously going to be better than just a hard mode. Maybe a fully reareanged game like Ocarina of Time Master Quest. if if its just a Vanilla hard mode, then yes, that would suck.
I need those Gamecube Joycon in my life asap!
Ocarina Master Quest is a harder version of Ocarina, its almost like entirely different game. Based on that well have to wait and see. Master Quest was insanely good so I hope its like that.
The original one of Wiius hidden gems, day 1 instabuy, I'll be playing this online a lot and on the go!
Based on Nintendo's previous DLC, its no doubt gunna be fantastic. We can review the DLC when it comes out. Maybe the hard mode is something similar to Ocarina Master Quest which is like a fully different game to the original. All the puzzles are different and harder.
I don't mean it like that lol. I meant in the short term rather than long term. SNES games are still relevant lol.
All I meant is I'll have something to look forward to in the game even when I've finished it after a few weeks.
No dlc you finish it, its then shelved for ages. DLC comes out, game comes off the shelf.
Yes for the simple fact that once ive finished it 100% a few after launch, I still have something to look forward to. DLC can help keep games relevant for longer even if some are rip offs and what not. BOTW dlc is definitely getting bought!
Agreed. A beast handheld that gets a boost when docked to make the games look good on a TV. I don't think its underpowered really especially not for a handheld! Its gunna be insane playing BOTW on the go.
@bouzebal that was the same worst attempt at trolling. You sounded like an 11 year old after one too many chocolate bars.
Yh I'll play my Xbox one then whilst I read your butthurt commernts, but Switch is an extremely impressive handheld, and a weaker home console but it isn't really a home console at all is it? Its a tablet that sits in a dock.
I'm aware of the competitors consoles power, but I'm still impressed and satisfied with Switch.
Very impressive for a a portable hybrid, when docked its virtually on par with XB1 which is a 6 ft brick, Switch is just a small tablet.
Its massively more powerful than Vita when in handheld mode. Sit down. Mario kart 8 is 720p 60fps in handheld mode , vita could barely run anything at 540p 25fps.
When docked mk8 becomes 1080 60
Its one Tflop when docked which is slightly less than XB1, also its using at least 3gb for ram , xb1 uses 5 . basically when docked its almost an XB1 . Pretty impressive when u consider The size tho a switch compared to an xb1 its about 10-20 times smaller.
Its considerably more powerful and modern than wiiu even in handheld mode as well.
Overall, id say its really impressive.
Just over 2 weeks left!
You stop the car before you get out to avoid an accident , just like you tuck the stand in before you dock the Switch. It was a perfect analogy that emphasized the blatent stupidity of this article and anybody that docks the Switch with the stand sticking out.
