It has a screen and uses cartridges and all the tech is in the tablet, not the dock. Its just such a powerful tablet that it can be played like a home console.
If it had discs and tech inside the dock, then that would be different! Its litteraly a tablet with detachable controllers and connects to tv! Hardly the description of an XB or PS...
They said it was in between the Wiiu and XB1 , not slightly better. It's significantly better in every way. To GPU has up to date features , it has 3gb for games wiiu has 1gb etc etc.
Switch is an incredible handheld, seems hardly anyone seems to accept it as a handheld though which is just beyond me!
Zelda Is most definitely a 97/100 I'll tell you that much. Its in a class of its own, I'm having too much fun with it.
Bluefox, itsm a small difference. What's a big difference is the fact the Switch is handheld and and the home consoles ain't!
The Mass effect devs actually hinted that its possible to make a Switch version, it just probably wouldn't have total parity, but thats expected with portable hardware.
I've done more than 75 hours on BOTW and I've still got just under 50 shrines to complete and apparently 850 more Korok seeds lol.
BOTW does perform fine, I'm playing it right now. I'd describe it as smooth 30fps pretty much all the time with the odd drop that last for a few seconds that away. It is fine to everyone except Nintendo haters who blow everyrhing out of proportion for a weird kick
OK, but for a handheld, its very powerful and is using chips from 2015, neither of which is debatable. Comparing a ps4 pro to a tablet that you can detatch the joycon and play multiplayer anywhere, pretty stupid and ridiculous if u ask me, but whatever makes you sleep at night.
The wiiu isn't a weak home console, its a very powerful handheld that connects to TV.
Mario isn't isn't coming to PS5, sorry to ruin that for you! Super Mario Oddysey launches exclusively on Switch holiday 2017. And the next 3D Mario will be on the upgraded , next gen Switch which will have more power, higher resolution and be backwards compatible.
- screen protector
- no, there's only dead pixels on like 0.1% of systems. Its a normal issue.
- WiFi works fine, can buy lan adapter
- they don't, if you know what you're doing and are careful
-BOTW performs fine, everyone's just blown it of proportion, a few dips here and there, it runs 30fps about 95% of the time! Its possible Nintendo could of done more if they had more time, didn't have to have it ready for launch day.

Yh, no. Its using a Tegra GPU from 2015 (not even 2 years old) and its a custom version. So for a handheld, its perhaps ahead of its self and rather future proof. In docked mode it sits in between wiiu and xb1 which is also might impressive considering its form factor. The concept of removing the joycon for multiplayer HD rumble are also entirely futuristic.
Its clearly you who needs to try again.
Its a perfect game though, the only flaw was the battle mode, which they've fixed. This is the best kart racer ever by miles.
If it could only play digital? Yh loads of 50 GB games , sounds practical!
The drop off is because its sold out, before anyone tries to claim anything else.
He also says its as easy if not easier to develop for than ps4 and meets modern GPU standards, which is great and puts Switch more inline with the XB1 than the Wiiu.
Zelda increases in value so god knows why you mention the bargain bin???? Its one of the best games ever made so it will be very interesting to see where Zelda goes from here. Maybe time for a realistic Zelda game, who knows!
Very satisfying IMO considering the form factor. The Switch tablet is perhaps 15-20 times smallest than an Xbox one, so its power to size ratio is unmatched. As a handheld, Nintendo hit it out of the park, and it does play to an acceptible level on TV, when u think that its just a tablet plugged into your TV, very acceptable.
Nintendo has gracefully stepped out of the traditional home console market and given us Switch as a solution. I can't wait too see what games the...
I thought I was doing really well with like nearly 50! The little puzzles are always fun!
Naaah. Sony can have the home console market, Nintendo is taking the portable/hybrid market.
When all the Yiga attack you at once, its near enough impossible to fight them all! One hit KO there's like 5 of them that you can barely damage! It feels harder than DarkSouls at that stage so I just decided to do it stealth, where I got caught like 9 times and had to do it from the start!
