There is no reason for new leadership he made the GameCube profitable, also he made the DS, Wii and 3DS. Just because one is "failing" under his management doesnt means he needs to be remove. By this logic Kaz also needs to be remove because the vita is "failing".
This is not coming out for awhile the DS release in 2004 and the 3DS in 2011 thats a 7 years life span. The 3DS is going to be 3 years old in a month so we have at least 3-4 more years with it. And it will be at least 4 years before we even hear about the next home console.
