If love was the theme for one, and hate was for two, then I expect the third one to be on the theme of redemption/peace. I think Ellie will sacrifice herself for the cure, and Abby will become the leader of the new world. And Joel? All Joel can do is get the statue to the square.

To all the HC posers who don't understand what the players are calling for, I wish a blackout, or to the kids who, in his absence, brazenly dare to play Astrobot on his sleep console (with 3+ hour Returnal progress).
Yeah, this is kind of annoying. This caught me off guard. I enjoy the game already, but sometimes I only have an hour, and sometimes not even that, so rest mode doesn't seem like a very practical solution.
I can't wait. The arcade bullet hell game is just what I need after all the chatty open world RPGs. Whoever played their previous games knows they're damn good at this.
That someone doesn't understand the genre, or doesn't have the money, is not the game's fault.
I've never heard the question of when one grows up watching movies, reading books, or listening to music. Why is there always such an ingrained paradigm around games? Just like old men play chess in the park, we'll play some RPGs together someday. That's all.

Release dates are usually announced months before release, so I don't believe Ratchet will be out in February. My guess is that both Returnal and Kena will be here sooner. (Originally, Kena targeted release during fall 2020, and was postponed to Q1 2021)

A game that costs 70 has to prove its quality to sell. For a 4.99 game pass, average is enough. Proving competition's ability and assertion is the main engine for improvement and the need to give your best. That's why Sony has, and will have, better rated games.
Yes of course it's an ecosystem. In an eco system you need a user. Sold console = next user. Few users, less investment in games, and less risk-taking with new IP.
And it is with xbox that the quantity of users is even more important, in the case of the game pass, which is loss-making for MS.
