he said "Exclusives don't matter IF you own both consoles", so yeah, if you own both consoles you dont have to worry about exclusives because you know you will be able to play it. Say you owned a PS3, then you would have to worry about if your favorite third party franchise was exclusive to a system you didnt own, or vice versa.
