It's funny how so many people get the chronology wrong when previewing this!
Screw DICE, the console versions of BF 3 are going to be failed abortions of games. It's not down to lack of power in consoles-every console AA FPS of 2011 looks better than BF 3 graphics wise. Hell, mechanics-wise, too. And then you hear DICE saying "oh, don't worry, it'll look fantastic on every platform". It was all talk. Us console folk are simply getting the shit-covered end of the stick, end of.

They best fix that Metro-holes problem, it's a joke trying to get to the Mcoms with them in the way.
This beta has left a sour taste in my mouth. Much more so than the BC 2 beta, which I loved from the start.
But the thing is that BC 2 had the right core mechanics, from the very beginning. BF 3 clearly doesn't share this trait.
I will most likely be changing my BF 3 pre order to RAGE methinks.

My BF 3 beta on PS3 is as smooth as a 70's pornstars ballbag.
Give us console people Caspian. Metro is crap.
I know it's beta but... Come on! The graphics on console are average at best, with way too many jaggies. The movement is clunky, destruction seems to be non existent, control issues are constant(guns wont ADS a lot of the time), and Metro is a very mundane map. And a frustrating interface to boot
Unless DICE really get their game up by the end of October, I think I mightn't bother getting an FPS this year. Really disappointing, as far as betas go.
It certainly doesn't look ugly...
