I got in a bunch of Betas this year through Playstation Underground, but I didn't get into the one I wanted most.
Maybe they'll send out some more invites when the release date gets closer.
Cause if they were taking Acid or Ecstasy the entire levels would be moving and deformed. Probably brightly colored too. lol
This game will probably be played for years to come, and as long as the people playing it are satisfied, there is no reason to make a sequel.

And to clarify, the levels would have to be extremely cool.
I'll buy new levels, but not costumes, unless they're THAT GOOD. I mean, you can make a ton of cool costumes with the stuff you already have.

There are 50 waves, so of course it's going to get tough as the hordes come.
I've put so much damn time in to this game and I've loved every second. I love listening to GNR and hearing the DJ talk about major things that I've done in the world.(I won't spoil them for the people who are just beginning) It's awesome.
The only problem is that once you finish the main quest you can't keep playing the same character, you have to start again. I don't know how long I'll be able to hold out on doing the last quest though.
I can't help laughing at how bad this game is. I don't even think kids will enjoy it.
There are a lot of minor graphical bugs and glitches, but it is nothing that'll make throw your controller in frustration. Except maybe if you have it for PS3 and you have a million friends signing in and out. I haven't experienced anything major that'll wreck the game.(I'd say I'm about halfway through the main quest too)
The graphics aren't that great compared to other games out now, but you have to remember just how big this game really is.

It was a very well written review, and it hits the nail on the head in terms of what's awesome about the game what sucks.
Ouch that sucks.
But honestly, it's not even something to get worked up over. Just five songs and a poster? It's like they're saying "Here, you throw this away for us."
I'm usually so giddy that I play the game immediately when I get home.
If I'm playing that game a week later...that's another story.
And I'm glad I didn't buy this game. It looks so ugly and all of the instruments seem to be broken out of the box. Although Rockband 2 ain't much better
