If Sony did drop their price they will be losing more money on each PS3 sold...
Microsoft will then drop their price, so theres still a similar gap in their prices between them and Sony.
Microsoft are not losing as much money per console sold as Sony so Sony would be in an even worse position than they are now...

Xbox online is great and Id gladly pay for it. I mainly play Virtual Tennis, an older game but amazing online. Has the PS3 version acually got online on this particular game?

What are you going on about. The games were expensive on the Neo Geo as they were cartridges packed with chips.
The point is, 2 YEARS on and theres nothing graphic wise on the PS3 that blows the 360 out of the water.
It was suppose to be Xbox 1.5. The PS3 may be harder to program but it was suppose to be that much more powerfull you could see it from day 1.

A console that comes out at the end of 2009 will be vastly more powerfull than PS3 and 360.
It will be as much as Xbox to 360 or PS2 to PS3.
