Google makes no up front money on their mobile phone operating system, Android. Google gives it to the phone makers for free.
Microsoft has made over half a Billion dollars on Android so far as all Android phone makes have to pay Microsoft if they use Android.
Its nuts, Microsoft makes more money off Android than Google does.
They are making more money from Android than they currently are of Windows Phone 7.
Yes a Sega 720 or whatever it will be called would sell way better than a Xbox 720.
Come on Microsoft, buy Sega and leave them alone to make the games.
It could pay off in a really big way.
Theres some really good Kinect games out there but N4G is not the place to come asking as some ppl here seem to think that Kinect is the Devil in disguise.
Theres no dancing in the excellent Kinect Sports 2.
Theres none in Child of Eden or the Haunt.
None in Gunstringer or RON.
None in the upcoming Tiger woodsetc.

If Microsoft got themselves a year head start on Sony good on Microsoft. You cant use that as an excuse to why Sonys PS3 is still in 3rd place.

Well I think Kinect is great and also think some of the games are really good fun.
I see comments on N4G saying all the games are total rubbish and its truly not worth buying.
Im starting to think that the Kinect I have at home must be a completly different to the one some ppl on here have had or tried.
But I then found 700+ other ppl who have bought it and have given it a 5 star rating and love the thing.

They are doing amazingly in the UK. I even read somewhere that the 360 could be the biggest selling console ever sold in the UK if sales continue as they are till 2013.

I really dont know what you mean about Gears 3. Xbox hardware severely out of date compared to the PS3?
I dont think so. Most of my multiplats look way better on my 360 in a lot of cases and a little better in others. Theres perhaps one or two Sony exclusives that look a bit better than anything MS has, but severely out of date, no way.

2011 has got to be Microsoft best year.
I still think there will be a Xbox 720 later this year. I see Microsoft revealing it at this years E3 then a release in early November with another half a billion marketing spend.
