My internet connection is very good, don't take the word perfect literally and use that against me that's silly. By perfect NAT I mean my settings were as recommended by Microsoft and when I ran the test connection utility it told me my nat was open, etc, I also had all the relevant ports open for Xbox Live.

I have owned a 360 and gold live. The only reason I no longer have a 360 because it sadly died from the red rings.
