You can play everything you bought digitally on your PS3 (if you still have it that is) as long Sony doesnt shut down PSN on the PS3 (at least for another 5 years) im ok with this.
Onlive is a platform on its own this is simply an adicional service for sony products that´s the diference.

a shooter implies that you have shoot 90% the time during gameplay watch dogs includes various types of gameplay and that´s called an adventure action game.
