Show some patience a.d.d. munchkin
The graphical content is good but would make a sequel would be a longer campaign less cut scenes and less qtes
As long as they cut out all the unnecessary cutscenes and qte's and translate it into more game then cool. If not then its self indulgent not to apply all the criticism
The argument is about value as it pertains to a number of hours of entertainment for $60. The quality of entertainment hours per $60 is debatable, the afformentioned however is not. I do not see a worthy value at 12 hours max per $60 regardless of how good the graphics and/or story are. I am getting this title next year on amazon for 20 bucks tops.
I'm waiting on the witcher 3 and maybe bloodborne on the basis of playable content. 100 hours on the witcher 3 confirmed. Bloodborne maybe 20 with massive replay value. Skip the cutscenes on the order and it looks like 6-8. No thanks not for 60 bucks. I go by a dollar per hour. If a game doesn't produce a dollar per hour with everything it offers including replay I won't touch it.
I passed it solo on expert first play through earning 4 paragon levels without dying but 3 times. The game is too easy so this doesn't impress me at all. All 3 times I could have avoided easily as they were all from rushing too far ahead
Ha
Multiplayer is repetitive a.d.d. garbage
5-6 hours for me would be like 7 or 8. Not enough for my money no matter how good it looks. Maybe it could have been put on two discs with more content. Or maybe the ps4 and xboxdone are underpowered hype machines
Because the game is actually good if not great. Idiots who hated on it now are forced to 180 their blind hate pro Xbox slogans or get exposed
2k has been in decline since 2013
A.d.d. multiplayer only garbage at its finest. Bring back the single player games with multiplayer as an afterthought. The direction toward only online has been ruining gaming by declining campaign necessity courtesy of c.o.d. and battlefield
"And we will make sure it does and ps4 subsequently suffers"-xbox gamer. Won't these deuches go away already?
Evolve represents everything that is wring with gaming. Multiplayer repetition supply your own experience lack of imagination
Online/multiplayer has slowly been reducing gaming to rubble. It removes the imagination in games and allows developers an out for creating a real immersive experience as by suggesting a gamer supply their own experience. Multiplayer fps is the evolution of kids playing on a playground pointing imaginary/fake finger guns at one another saying "I got you". Only to be responded to with "no you didn't".
Funny but the game needed a story a campaign and better multiplayer
This game will not be released this year. Its an outright lie to attempt to sell underpowered hardware incapable of 60fps with next gen quality textures. The ps4 will not achieve anything more than 30 fps with any PC competent textures. I messed up buying one instead of building a PC. Forgoe the 30 fps exclusives and build a PC if you haven't already made the same mistake I did. And don't even get me started talking about Xbox done. It isn't worth a mention.
Is anybody out there familiar with the works of ready at dawn/Sony Santa Monica o r are they too busy nut hugging naughty dog. If this were an nd title people would have been blindly praising it for a year now. The last of us was one of my favorites but wake up
Because the ps4 is not as good as advertised and barely better than the competition which has dropped price several times and offers a greater value for the money. It comes off as arrogant regardless of financial figures. I could care less about their finances because I'm not paid to care.
I have a ps4 and would not ever own an xboxone unless it was given to me in which case I would try to sell it asap, but I'm not going to defend the order 1886. Whoever executively decided to allocate 1/3 of the games potential to cutscenes needs to go. If a game with no multiplayer is 6 to 8 hours long and 2-3 hours of that is cutscenes that's a mistake, no matter how good the graphics or story are. Simple voice over narrative during actual gameplay would have sufficed for 1/2 of the ...
