I would say that any of the game cons that allow the public in are more important then E3.

I've been saying that for awhile. For one it confuses people who aren't hugely into games and two, for people who are "core" gamers, the name 'Wii' to them sounds like the word "casual".
Cash isn't the only way to pay for games, you know. You could also...trade in a kidney. It might be enough to get you one or two of the below $20 games...
I definitely think that sports games should only come out a few times each console and instead be given patches or DLC with each new season.
Legend of Zelda I think is spread out well enough with just enough changes to avoid franchise fatigue. Mario, however should be spaced out some more.
While I very much enjoyed 12, I will agree that after 10 the series changed quite a bit.
It has been years since I picked up a Mario game but I still hear the sound that coins being picked up in those games make whenever I see loose change.
Why this has suddenly become a big deal when it isn't even exclusive to games is puzzling. Hell it's not even just things we see. When reading a book I imagine sounds and sites from movies and games. When you last read a book with laser guns, did you not imagine blaster fire from Star Wars?
It's probably been mentioned already but here's where things get funny. They said the same thing about books, and yet here I am with a row of books from the bookstore that I've purchased over the last year. The same goes for movies, I just bought Riddick last month on bluray.
So it's very likely going to be the same with games. There will always be that physical or digital option.

Here's my thoughts on this whole "one area per planet" deal goin on. First- I'm loving they did it this way instead of more areas and less planets...to start that is. This way there is a large difference in visuals early on for different locations.
Second - It seems likely that more areas per planet would be added through DLC. I just hope they add more areas before more planets. I'd like to feel like I've seen tons on one planet before moving onto the next ...

True, but with the sub you can pretend you are at least being a good sport to the bounty hunters and not at all denying them a fair chance at getting the bounty.
Besides, it's fun to taunt them. I remember going to the construction site and getting to a spot that you couldn't just climb up to, brought plenty of sniper rifle rounds and just took shots at anyone passing by, taunting them until I had a bounty set on me, which brought more people to shoot at.
I've yet to play the beta but Hunter sounds like it matches my playstyle. Dark Souls 2 was the only game I ever played as a tank like character. Even then I considered myself a glass tank(light armor, high damage dealing weapon, the only thing keeping me from dying in one hit being a Greatshield). I've often favored and enjoyed being able to dodge around attacks or waiting in ambush. In most any game in which I can cloak I've usually own by cloaking and taking my opponent out at m...
Here's a tip for online. If someone sets a bounty on you, you can take the money placed on you by surviving long enough. You can do this by finding a sub and just hanging out underwater long enough.
As cool as that sounds, after how big of a screw up DA 2 was, I'm guessing fans want to see a VERY well put together single player game before Co-op is even talked about.
Oh joy, more reason to wait for the GOTY/Ultimate edition. Even if these don't come with that it'll still be cheaper.
So, I'm a big time gamer. Been gaming nearly my entire life. BUT, I haven't owned a Nintendo console since the SNES...and yet I have the urge to by the figures of my favorite Nintendo character even if I don't have a Wii U at the time. I definitely disagree with a few of those, mainly GTA V, Wolfenstien, and Watch Dogs.
Watch Dogs - This is Ubisoft we are talking about, NOTHING was going to change if they delayed it again except the amount of pre order bonuses.
GTA V - This came out at the time it should have. Another GTA finally came out, last gen ended with a bang, and PC and current gen were going to get it anyways.
Wolfenstien - REALLY?! Now that's just bull sh*t...
