We all know this is a nasty war as there is so much money in the game. So I strongly suspect Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony pay analysts to predict this or that future. One day an analyst predicts the ps3 will be distant third, the next day another analyst predicts it will win the war...

I agree and think MGS will make it to the 360.
But I also think Bioshock will make it to the PS3 next year. Having a look at the FAQs in 2K forums, it says:
"But I heard it may be released for Sony's PS3 ( playstation 3) in the future. Is this true?
There have been no announcements from 2K or Irrational Games that BioShock will be ported to other systems."
This can be interpreted in many different ways, my feel is this mean...
What this tells me is that as soon as people start watching films on their ps3, the war is over.

I think MS adverts are good. I personally don't think the ones with the kids are good and I must admit they do annoy me.
Apple's business model is to provide a limited number of machines with specific configurations. That allows them better control of the hardware and prevents bugs in the software. They provide a simple machine of good quality and people buy them to avoid headaches.
