Same here, i actually just went to bestbuy and picked up there last a50 they had. The guy there said that there is no more in stock and its discontinued. I assume maybe that its because they are coming out with a new model? I know that the a50's have had issues with how they were designed but i still prefer them and will get the new model if that is the case.
