360 owners are desperately clinging on to DLC and mediocre titles. I truly do feel sorry for them.

You are also forgetting how many people have not bought a ps3. They may have a wii, ps2, or 360 and considering a new console.
You should educate yourself a little better before making such comments. Take a glance at amazon, gamestop, or any other company. It is either at number #1 or #2. Plus, the Ps3 is now at #17 while the 360 is somewhere around #35.
People seem to not realize that the PS3 is staying in the competition with the highest price tag. You factor in it's killer '09 lineup and a price drop....
Let's just say the other consoles are going to be in for some sadness.

You should check some gaming stores before running off at the mouth. Killzone 2 is at #1. Halo Wars is sitting somewhere around #8.
Just take a glance at any retail gaming site. It is either at #1 or #2 on the list. I have a feeling it will sell just fine.

All of this before the game is even released. It is hard for any person to deny that kind of impact.
