I understand that it is riskier to make AAA PC-exclusive title nowadays. More and more budget required to make games to catch up with the hardware evolution, yet PC market remains relatively small. PC gamers also tends to have higher standard for gaming experience and generally don't buy games just because they look pretty. (Ironically, though, that's about the only advantage the most of the recent AAA "PC games" have over their console version counterparts.)
