you are right to a point. there is nothing wrong with adding features to a paid service to make it more desirable over a free service, but i think people are mad because last.fm, facebook, and twitter are all free on their own and freely accessible from your phone, pc, ps3, psp, ds, wii, and ipod. im not sure if last.fm works on the ps3 though.
