Just to give you a sense of how hard it is...
Every since PS1 was released, many many many scenes has been working on PS1 emulators for more than 10 years.
and Scene Emulators works like shit- only 10 percent of the games work. and not all of them work perfectly.
Sony has made a working emulator. imagine it would been extremely difficult and took them a while to get it right.
My guess is that blizz is doing this to fight piracy.

Are you kidding me? RROD was a freaking epidemic. Former Xbox 360 designers came out and even said so.
Polls were done by reputable magazines and what not all said that failure rate was as high as 50 percent. Hell even the law makers in UK forced MS to extend their warranty to cover RROD.

btw, Gears 3 was finished by April, but they decided to "delay for business reason". Meaning you are looking at a finished product here. they are just fine tuning it.
on the other hand, uncharted 3 is still in full...
From what we've seen so far, it seems like they are doing alot to improve the MP..
I mean UC2 MP was amazing except for very obvious problems that can be easily fixed in UC3.
People are just complaining that it does not look as good as PS3 top exclusives.
Sony's first party devs were able to make those games. Surely Dice could do the same....

First of all, it has 512 mb blazing fast ram, but split which makes it hard to program for.
As for graphics card, this is where cell comes in and unload work from GPU.
PC cant do this, so specs on PC has nothing to do with PS3.
If PS3 is being fully utilize as you say, why doesnt it look like top PS3 exclusive??

As for Gears, their contract expires with MS after the third one, so if the new gears are coming out, then it will be on PS3.
Unless MS do a new contract ofc, but i doubt that after seeing MS let go of Valve, Bioware, Bungie and etc.
The game may still be the best looking multiplatform title.Having said that, i don't think they are fully using the power of the cell.
PS3 exclusives like Killzone 3, God of War 3 and Uncharted 2 looks way better than any multiplat titles out there..

GT5 has way better physics.cars in forza drives nothing like the real things... not even close.
For example, i remember taking a friends BMW Z4 2007 model to track. it can slide like crazy during turns. GT5 actually simulates Z4 similary.
However, with Forza... i honest cant tell any similarity between BMW M3 in real life and in the game.Forza 3 simulation is NOTHING like it... no where close. it does not even simulate cars key characteristics correctly... <...
