LPB and ModNation are not exclusive to ps3 but are exclusive Playstation. There really isn't much of a difference. If xbox made a handheld and LBP came out on that, I would say differently.

The QTE's are there when you kill an enemy and thats it. Quite honestly I LOVE the QTE's in this game. You watch Kratos pull a really brutal move after you FIGHT the character.
