Oh I know the NX is still a little ways out. I'm just saying it took Monolith Soft about three years to get Xenoblade Chronicles X out on the Wii U because it was such a MASSIVE undertaking of a project.
I'm also just saying their gearing up for their next project already which most likely means early concept and ideas for what their next game will be about.
I'm not one of those idiots who thinks the Nintendo NX will be out next year lol.
Clearly the Wii U is no slouch. I can't wait to see what The Legend Of Zelda Wii U looks like next year. I'm sure it's going to look more beautiful then ever.
Also something else to take away from this article and his comment is Monolith Soft is already gearing up for their next tittle. If that is true I can't wait to see what Monolith Soft does on the Nintendo NX.
I totally know what you mean. If this came out at say like $20 or even $30 dollars physical I would be all over this.
As it stands its still a day 1 buy for me on the Wii U. Can't wait to add this to my library of Arcade games.
@PCZ: This isn't a WAR pcz. These are VIDEO GAMES so you can put your bayonet down. Making comparisons like this game against this game does NOTHING for your argument. This isn't the school playgrounds where we sit around saying who has the better games.
Incase you didn't read my comment. I said Nintendo has MORE games that (I) care to play then on any other system. I only care to get 4 games in an entire year for my X1. Hardly seems like a reason to really KEEP ...

Yea your right. You get the industries most well polished, highly rated, and timeless tittles this generation. So yea... With Nintendo I know what I'm getting with their system.
As for the rest... doesn't really matter at the end of the day. As long as the games are good.
Their is also Guitar Hero Live coming this fall, Legend Of Kay HD, Yoshi's Wooly World, and Splatoon is just a few weeks out. Also new fighters for Super Smash Brothers Wii U. Nintendo also said they have more games to announce at E3. Iwata said the games they announce would also be coming out this fiscal year.
Their is WAY more to play on the Wii U then any other console in my opinion. Only games I care to pick up this year for my X1 are State Of Decay, Witcher 3, Batma...
@ChubbyChuy: You named a game that got remastered for the PS3 and then ported to the PS4. I don't see how that is any better. If anything I see that as worse because now its just a cash grab from Square.
Congratulations Nintendo! Amazing game and well deserved. The first and second batch of DLC is also amazing. Hoping for another year of Mario Kart 8 DLC packs.
A new Demon's Crest, Onimusha, or Dino Crisis would put a huge smile on my face!
The demo/beta was extremely fun. I can't wait for the 29th! Picking Splatoon and Legend Of Kay HD up that day. Along with all my wave 4 Amiibo and Splatoon three pack Amiibo!

Nintendo has posted a PROFIT for the entire year. I don't see how that can be spun into a negative now because they spent some money buying into DeNa and funding other projects. As always though it's straight to the negative.
Umm YES! Now the only other thing I want from Nintendo as a fan is them to bring their characters to the big screen. Not life like movies but Pixar like movies.
I wouldn't say Activision has completely given up on the Wii U. Seeing how the Wii U is getting Guitar Hero Live later this year and I'm sure the next Skylanders game. Also I could see Nintendo announcing Call Of Duty Blops 3 at their E3 Direct.
Either way I wouldn't completely rule this out just yet. I would still have concerns though if Activision/Treyarch decide to once again not support the Wii U version with DLC. IMO that's what killed any momentum for B...
I would buy a second Wii U for all this extra content! Either way, the game is a day 1 buy for me. Just waiting for pre orders to go up at Gamestop.
For me hands down would love a Super Mario Sunshine HD. The colors are pretty much popping off the screen on the Gamecube but then you give it the HD treatment and then WOW.
A couple more Nintendo games I would love to see on the Wii U with HD upgrades would be Luigi's Mansion, Paper Mario The Thousand Year Door, Metroid Prime 1 and 2 and Fire Emblem Path Of Radiance.
@Mykky: I'm not looking at this with the idea of being right or wrong. I'm just saying "I" personally don't see that as a valid complaint. Most or about 80% of JRPG games have lengthy story driven scenes. Final Fantasy has had some very lengthy scenes. Ni No Kuni had some scenes that could last up to about 10 minutes a piece. Dragon Quest 8 on the PS2 had lengthy scenes.
You never saw anyone complain about lengthy scenes in a JRPG and then dock points ...
I don't see how that is a valid complaint. Sure our first time through the scenes may be lengthy but as seen from the latest Tree House event those scenes can be skipped if you don't feel like watching them.
I would see it as a valid complaint if you couldn't skip them because then your being forced to watch them over and over even though you already know what happens.
Every time I see Fatal Frame 5 is coming I get so excited! I hope Nintendo bundles 4 with 5. Now that would blow away my year for me!
YES! Hope they announce the release date for the west!
Maybe to give people who have to work a chance to get on and play? Either way, I'm not complaining about getting another chance to play.
Also I know I like to sleep in till 9am because I had to tae care of the kids the day before lol.
