This is actually one of the first comparison I can say, i clearly see more anti-aliasing problems with the xbox than I do on the Ps3, PS3 wins in my opinion in terms of static imagery. Rest assure, Kratos, it will be very different. It will have more team play mechanics and strategy and less one man rush. I think they will do soemthing to it so there will be penalties in dying, so expect more camping and strategy team play (so more like Counterstrike and less like battlefield). Dirt is better on PS3 and yet they graded it the same, i don't know what to say, i am pretty neutral in terms of respecting both consoles. Pro Sony sure, i owned all the sony systems, but never anti-others...but i am sort of towards Anti-IGN a little now; if you don't call this biased, i really don't know what is.
Anti-aliasing is basically jaggies you see, or "shimering" effect that we see in PS2. When the PS2 first came out, it scared everyone because ppl thought anti-aliasing shouldn't be on PS2, but when GC came out, it was the same thing, so that was the limitation of last generation that we couldn't get rid of.
But this generation, most games do not have anti-aliasing problems because they can smooth out the edge and textures and such.

But those color is really comfortable to the eyes and they look realistic, even if you say the xbox is capable of more "sharp color or what not". Real life image are not that "vibrant", if they are going for photorealism in those games, I would say it looks excellent on the PS3.
On the RC example, i still think it looks very nice and very vibrant, i was re watching the trailer on GameTrailers.com.
But i guess it's down to personal perferences,...
I hope you have seem PS3 version of Dirt and Rachet and Clank. Especially R&C, the use of color in that game is really nice and vibrant because it is set in a cartoony environment, I am sure the PS3 is capable of displaying true color textures. That accusation do not really stand well IMO.
I watched what was embedded on the site, which was a SD version, and fuzzy/poor quality as well.

i think the total sales number for PS3 is actually neck to neck with the xbox 360 after the price drop. Even if PS3 drops by 50 more dollar, i think it will put it over the Xbox. I don't think you can deny that after we saw the effect of the 100 drop to 499 (same price as the old Elite), xbox was only able to keep up with the world wide sales number on the last NPD after initiating a further 50 dollar drop on the Elite.
