You mean seeing articles whining about gaming, but not actually discussing any games? Yep, cheatcc!
What do you expect from Forbes?
Was going to check this out, but forbes is a business magazine with crappy articles that go over opinions about games, but never over games themselves. Waste of time.
So before trophies, games weren't satisfying? Kids these days, where will they be without their cellphones and video game achievements? If you feel compelled to get a virtual icon that does absolutely nothing to enhance you in real life, I feel sorry for you.
Nintendo could just make more units instead of causing this BS situation. They will say one thing, but they really don't care about gamers, just about making profit.
Why? Trophies don't mean anything really.
I know, it's kinda sad, but some people would just rather play on a console. The blatant ignorance that these are actual exclusives... well, maybe it's just best for the Xb1 console crowd, whatever helps maintain the delusion that their system matters.
"My brain just doesn't jive with WASD controls." So because you only like consoles, the game won't do well on PC? Is that the point of this article?
More attractive to who? I have a good PC, can someone explain why I would ever need a Xbox One since I can play the same games on windows? Or why I would even ever need a Xb1X?
I'm curious to see what they come out with, but would need some killer exclusives to make it anywhere. Also, this is not the same Atari that people might remember in the past, the company has been sold like 5 times.
this article is just stupid.
multi-throusand dollar PC, ok. So vague, but good thing I have a good PC and don't need a Xb1x. If anything, I would think this would make more people want to get the PC... sure it's more expensive, but you'll have access to so much more than the console can ever deliver including all those "exclusives" Microsoft is claiming to have.
Driveclub looks more photo realistic in this comparison.
I unfortunately thought it was pathetic. The blatant pandering was a bit much. I know they're trying to sell the system, but the vocal inflection they made them practice and then deliver... it just seemed disingenuous.
Of course, the games looked great! But focusing on graphics alone without offering a great exclusive instead, will be their doom. Game play is what matters, fun retro style games proves this. I was hoping to see a game that makes me want to buy the ...
I'm not sure hardcore is a good way to describe. I think if you have disposable income, you might get it. I don't see this as anyone's must have console until it gets exclusive games. Oh, and moronic fanboys, they'll always be too stupid to side with is best for them, rather support a brand blindly. Not a sony fanboy, just saying as this truly happens on both sides.
still not as much as a beast as my gaming computer, if it had some game exclusives only playable on the system, it might be something of interest.
If there are some must play games, like the ones Sony put out at the start of this year, then this may not matter. I still think it's too high and predict will be reduced down the road after poor sales.
check link: businessinsider.com Nope, don't even bother. These guys have no real opinions on games and should have never gotten into writing about them.
No, because the developers aren't there yet and haven't really overcome the uncanny valley.
