Just make a great SP experience, there's plenty of MP games for hyperactive children to bounce around in. Playing with a friend would be nice, but I honestly find it more immersive just playing by yourself.

Doesn't seem that blatant to me, it's not the same font nor is it red like the band uses. This just reminds me of Metallica suing napster... yeah, they're supposed to be a hardcore metal band but beneath it all they're just money grubs.
Some games do it right, Bethesda comes to mind with Fallout and Elder Scrolls. There's just enough to do to keep players going.
