But that's when games start coming out with Requires internet connection to play even with no multiplayer, to force checking.
Sony don't need to brick your console if they know enough about what your doing (ie running pirated games) then they hand you details over to the right authority's and they go and take your PS3 and your ass off to jail.
Sort of like having a gun isn't illegal (with right permits) but using it to kill someone is.
Same in NZ, basically we get ripped, it's that simple.
One of the reasons I buy all my books through Amazon, even with our crap exchange rate I still get 2-3 books (shipping included) for the price of one here.

Glad they're releasing this on the PC, as I'm not about to buy a 360 for one or two games, like I did for the Xbox & Halo.
They look pretty darn close, I'd say the PS3 appears to have a slightly better depth of colour, and there's one shot of light streaming through the window where again the PS3 gave a more realistic effect
But apart from that I think the majority of players would be hard press to tell the difference, especially as we'll be seeing it in motion not as still frames :)
It really depends on how much you can charge on it, if you can leave all your remote's, phones etc on it plus 4 controllers then sweet, but otherwise I'd agree with just using a plugged in usb hub.
