Too bad, you can't patch a broken reputation.... (drum roll... cymbal hit)
I suppose at least they're fixing the game, but I wonder when they're going to do something about the AI in the game, the police response times are still a joke, and the same can be said about all automatons in the city. Rockstar managed to create a city that felt "real" with convincing reactions from the citizens, and GTA V is nearly 8 years old.
What could it have been, surely it wasn't a global pandemic? No, we should just compare the sales directly and ignore reality.... /s Sigh! And people wonder why everyone mocks game journalism.
Sadly no, I shelved the game after a couple of hours, and I might return to it once we have more patches, but for now it's 3/10 game for me.
I believe the phrase commonly used for folks like you Neo111 is "bootlicker". You're so eager to consume (more product), and follow the PR spin, that you unable to realise when you're being taken advantage of. I guess now we know how there can be whales for the mobile market.
Once again, physical disks are better than buying digital. At least, if push comes to shove you can sell your game back to the store, or even sell it to a different person.
It sounds like you're doing some hardcore coping right about now...
Just accept it, the Dualsense is the best controller in literally decades. Sony has created something incredible.
lol, I love it when the fantasy writers come out and post their sci fi on N4g.
Agreed, every update you can literally see him becoming less healthy. Gaming is supposed to be fun and a hobby. It's clearly morphed into a compulsion for him, and he desperately needs someone to intervene.
Dude, does not look healthy....
Hi, my name is (insert gamer journalist sounding name ,like Darryn or Kyle or Tauriq). I'm a game journalist with a degree in Woman's Studies. I only did the degree to meet women. Oooh Boyyy was that a mistake.
Please click on my clickbait article's link, because I need your clicks to be able to afford two-minute ramen.
Sheesh! What is it with these low-effort clickbait articles. Goodbye No Man Sky? Dude, no one cares. Rather write about the...
This is probably how I'm going to play my games as well. There's no way I'm paying 70 dollars for a game. So, on-release purchases won't be a thing for me any more. I don't pre-order anymore anyways, so I guess, that's going to be my new normal.
The new price model just means I'm going to buy less games, and I'll be more selective in what I buy. It also means I'll probably miss out on all the hidden gems from indie or smaller companies, because I just won't take the chance. Sometimes the game industry is so myopic it really makes you wonder how they've stayed in business for so long.
I see gamesindustry.biz is smoking their socks again.I disagree. I think they've done a spectacular job in generating buzz for both the two new consoles (and their digital variants). There's clickbait and then there's a gamesindustry article.
And this is why game journalism is a joke.
Calm down! You can like both, even if Tshushima is clearly the game of this generation.
Paul Broussard writes at the level of a grade 4er.
Clearly techstomper doesn't realise that simple truism... the events of the past are a good indicator of the present and the future.
lol, now that's clickbait
Horde Lives Matter? Oh hell no... the only good Orc is a dead Orc.
