as much as i dont like ps3 it failing will have an impact on competion of ms and they may not try as hard on there consoles. although as long developers like bungie epic and ea compete with each other we can count on good games for a while

i just got the red ring of death, not to i will buy a ps3 and throw my 360 away. the 360 is actually worth getting repaired the ps3 isnt worth buying in the first place
if you make 85 grand a month, almost twice what i make a year, shouldn't you be working instead of arguing over video games?
i bought it on launch day. pretty much its been sitting on my dvr on the carpet since i bought it with the power brick tucked away behind the tv with all my other cables. i know i could have taken better care of it but the point is if someone buys a $400 video game console, it should be able sit in front of the tv and be fine for at least 5-6 years just like any other piece of home entertainment equipment. not just less than 8 months. thats bull crap!

Im gonna have to stick w/ my 360, although that piece of crap gave me the red ring of death the other day and now i have to send it in for repairs. Theres no way you could buy a premium and hddvd player for $400. the stand alone hddvd player now is $500 by its self. The above prices would still be very good, considering whats in the box
