to bad cod4 will not have tropyhs, i still play that game till now(my fav FPS) but u cant COMPLAIN -_-

the ps3 needs a big blockbuster RPG in japan, thats the only way it can go top and stay there for a while in japan.

well lets see what effect final fantasy on the ps3 will have on japan, if their beloved finaly fantasy does not move alot more console than what mgs4 did then i dont see nothing stoping the wii in japan, or elese little big planet.
games coming out in the future will have xmb and trophyes, devs are working on other titles thats y they could not work on a patch write now.the update only came out yesterday and every one expects sony to throw them with things like that, be patient. the future is bright with this update, in one month time if nothing happens about trophye support and in game xmb then u can bash it all u want but write now it is to early to trash talk.
u have a point, but after that week sales went down alot.u expect a big AAA game to help out sell ur nearest rival for at least a couple of weeks if not months but mgs4 could not help the ps3 do that, after week one of out selling the wii the wii bounced back and out sold it again which is not really a good thing.
this update is not a faliure, how can somethin that makes ur ps3 have new features be a faliure..yes u may argue that sony should have done this when they lunched the ps3 but u can also argue late is better than never!..people always find something negative to say, i just dont know y (-_-)

its a system seller but it did not move as much system they tought it will do, y i dont know but all i know is the wii will contunie to out sell the ps3, i really dont know y the wii has this much sucsess. im still suprised =I
