Therefore it turns itself off again. Also, no YLOD indicated a hardware failure.
EDIT: the red light blinking usually means its overheating, the console would turn on just fine if he didnt press the button twice, it's just a warning to the user that the ps3 needs a break from all those graphically demanding exclusives...

I also saw the "Highly unlikey" to be multiplat thing which sorta makes it out to be a third party or indie game. Could it be the new IP Insomniac was teasing? However they did also say its much improved meaning it's probably a sequel or remake... Spyro maybe? Or Crash bandicoot?
