Actually the ray sphere doesn't choose per say who gets powers and who doesn't. In inFAMOUS 1, one of the dead drop satellites has Kessler explain that only humans who are conduits can receive power from the ray sphere, this is why the ray sphere didn't work when Zeke tried to use it, he's not a conduit.
It's not out yet but Infinity looks like it'll have the largest draw distance of any game to date.
So.....that would be about 7 pm Wednesday eastern time right?

The graphics, while impressive, didn't impress me as much as the sound and destruction. I hope in the next gen of consoles devs will focus on sound quality, story, and gameplay more instead of graphics.

I don't think this article's a waste of space, I agree with this article, Jennifer Hale's performance of Jane Shepard is definitely better than Mark Meer's performance.
I did, the voice acting for Jane Shepard was much better in my opinion.

Already pre ordered, day 1 for me. Never played the first two but I loved Yakuza 3, can't wait for this.

If they do more collections like the god of war collection I'd love to see the following :
Kingdom Hearts collection (KH, KH2, and KH : COM)
Fatal Frame collection
MGS collection (MGS2 and MGS3)
Time Splitters collection (Maybe with online mp using psn?)
and some others I can't think of at the moment.
I can't believe people actually think disc space has anything to do with how a game looks. Aside from pre-rendered cutscenes which may have to be compressed to fit on a dvd, disc space has little effect on actual in game graphics, if any really. How good a game looks depends on the amount of RAM, how strong the CPU is, and how strong the GPU is. True, crysis is on a dvd, but it has to be installed first. Approximately 12 gbs of hdd space is required, more than what dvd holds.
