The ps3 and xbox 360 was equal when its come to performance
the cell was new tech that dev had to decipher,BUT this is not the case with the xbox one,there is no new tech here that dev needs to learn,no boost or new ways to crack the cpu or the gpu,this is not the cell
the fact is xbox one is weaker then ps4,and no new tools will close this gap.period
This not matters if u have pc 5 years back or 10 or even one years back like me
the fact is i cant play sony exclusives on 980 gtx.
so we can complain as much as we want

The first one is pc(aka ultra setting)
in frame rate you can sure see the difference,when its 30vs60 or more then that when the fps drops to 24,in my point of view,the fps drops arms the gameplay,so its not a tech problem,its gameplay problem
