first i dont know if gameplay on Star Citizen will show off this animation what uncharted 4 has already proved he is doing,and even if Star Citizen shows this animation while playing the game im sure its run on two 980 GTX while uncharted 4 are so damn close to Star Citizen animatiom and using 1.84 TLOP and laptop cpu.

There is fight in witcher 3 in basmement or cave i dont remember exaclty with some ugly creature that spits fire,in this fight the fps drops to below 20,i was played on lowest level but it took me like 10 times to beat him,it was just not playble and frustrating,so yes low fps is damage for game experience more then res
And what do you mean if the low the res to 900P it will stil...
CDPR needs to down the res on ps4 to 900P and give us at least 30fps rock soild or even unlock fps to go above 30.

you know how much is going on the map with 40 player in it? that take resources(GPU,CPU) more then froza 6
60 fps? Most of the time is 40-50 fps.i playing bf4 and star wars on ps4.i wish its was stable 60fps,its not.
