Oh well i guess the single player lowered the score. It didnt looked that good to me. But is anyone gonna buy this for the single player? The online is amazing, best online FPS iv ever played.
I also think there was no need for an Xbox. Sure competition is good, but didnt we had Nindtendo already competing with Sony? Sony always delievered good systems and games so we cant really say that without the xbox Sony would be lazy and wouldnt deliver good games.
Then thers also the fact that the 360 isnt much different from the ps3,so do we really needed more of the same?

Super Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 look really fun and i dont even like plataformers that much. But it looks really good, i dont think thers anything like it. Visually this game even comparing with Ps3/360/PC games it looks good.
Still im not gonna buy a Wii just for it. Altough games like Zelda are also interesting. Exclusivity sometimes is a shame. I wish there were just one single console. Everyone would play all games.
calm down lol. And there certanly is a difference between the 360 community and the Ps3. And even PC. THey are all different and that is normal, im not saying the 360 owners are better or worse. No, not at all. And of course not ALL of the 360, ps3 or PC community fit in a certain description. But with that name im not surprised you would be mad if someone "attacked" ( wich i didnt) the xbox or anything related to it.
I know even more people bash SE, but this guy some of the hate too. And after all hes SE, or at least a part of it. When youre bashing SE your bashing this and other FF devs, cause you know they are the ones to create the games.
I had no idea this game would sell well. Its nice to see its doing well. I cant afford to buy it yet. I think these kind of games attract more ps3 owners. Dont ask me why but i think this kind of game would sell that well on the 360. Their fanbase is more aimed at other types of games. Not that is a bad thing :)
People are really ungrateful. This guy made some of the best games of all time and yet people are bashing the guy to hell and calling him names without even trying FF13.
Its the same crap over and over and over again. Who cares? 360 owners will buy it for the 360 and ps3 owners for the ps3 and both will enjoy it regardless of having the inferior or superior version.If you got both pick the ps3 version, i dunno but it seems better. Hes badass and dozens of other games tried to copy him. Kefka is the one that is overrated, not Sephiroth. And i always laugh when people say crap like "Kefka was pure evil", "Sephiroth has mommy issues".
Do you even know what evil is? Kefka is basically an animal. He was victim of an exprience that made him crazy ( very original >_>)and then he decided he likes to kill people for no reason. He doesnt know concepts as good, he doesnt know what is right ...

Youre talking about the japanese voices in the western versions right? Alright another weaboo, i see. But you gotta understand something. They lyp sync the western version of the game, so it would be weird to have the characters voices in japanese but their lips movement saying the words in english. And if they bothered to lyp sync the game to match the western versions ( i dunno many games that bother to do that)and wasted lots of money with english VA, then they want to give them some use. ...
FFX is a linear game, with no world map and even more linear than FF13.
And yet FFX is by many the best FF in the franchise. It was also voted the 4th best game of all time and best game of the decade on gamefaqs by the users, people like you and me. That only proves that thers nothing wrong with linearity.
Oh and FF13 was voted the best game of all time by famitsu readers in japan, seems like people are loving it.
I prefer linear games over open world games. Games like Oblivion and Fallout are really boring after the first 2 hours and i cant continue playing them.
If you cant even enjoy a game like FFXIII then you must have some real unhappy lifes. You stick with the idea that if a game doesnt does this or that, or doesnt follow the same old formula then its automatically a failure. Me? I couldnt care any less what it is, i dont let nostalgia and old FF games affect my judgement on new FFs. If the game is fun and i have a great time with it, i really dont care about anything else.

Dude you fail. The story will last for 50+ hours. And wtf are you talking about when you call it an X button masher? Did you start playing FFs now ( Not saying that you played FF13 cause you clearly didnt)? Cause tell me, isnt X the one and only button you spent most of the time using in previous FF? FFXIII uses other buttons way more than previous FFs. Way more.
