IS Life with Playstation included with this update? Or did Sony lie at E3?
I thought Life with Playstation was suppose to be the next firmware update, or is it going to be a download through the PSN? I thought Sony said it would be out by the end of the month at E3 or am I mistaken?
I finally finished this game when I made a ring with infinite night vision and my invisibility lasted for about 45 seconds and was recharged before it dissipated. I never had to fight a single creature in the portals. LOL. About 130 hours total for me.
I currently own all 3 consoles and it really irks me when games go multiplatform. I mean I am glad that single console owners get to experience the game and thats great for them.
However, Exclusive titles will always be better quality then multiplatform ports. Do you think Gears 2 or Killzone 2 would looks as good as they are shaping up to be if they were multiplats? They are optimized for those specific consoles so it can be pushed to its limits. Although I admit there are a f...
Then game is worth it by far, but not at EBay prices. Last i checked they were going for 60-80 US depending on condition.
If by some chance a FF:VII remake does happen, which I personally doubt, though possibly a sequel. It would not be unveiled at E3. that would be shown for the first time at TGS. Japan is FF's home after all.
This E3 bored the hell out of me.Microsoft dropped a bomb. I thought Sony would counter. Neither in my opinion showed anything remarkable. Where is Sony's super secret game, and what about all their first and second party studios that were surprisingly absent. MS didn't even show anything new to my knowledge, just secured more useless DLC. And I won't even go into Nintendo.*cough*WiiMusic*cough *. Heres hoping we have something better at TGS.
Ok if it is over I slightly pissed. Where the heck are all of Sony's first party studios? I clicked refresh 50 million times to get info here at work and for what? We already new about most of the games. and what to we get a teaser trailer for GOW3, not even gameplay? Where's Team Ico games, Uncharted 2 or Jak and Daxter, new Ratchet and Clank besides and expansion pack, some unannounced RPGs or JRPGs, The Agency, Afrika, the super secret game ect...ect...ect... I could go on and on....... DC...

Oh please, please I hope they do announce Kingdom Hearts. It is my favorite series of all time. Though i think is would be awesome if Square teamed up with Pixar to make the next version.
Thats what i was thinking. I mean there is FF:XIII, FF:XIIIv, FF:XIII Agatio<however its spelled>. Could it be another game in the same universe? I couldn't access any E3 stuff at work so correct me if they showed a trailer of something.
I couldn't agree with you anymore. This is great news for Microsoft. However I am personally somewhat diappointed. I bought my PS3 specifically for Final Fantasy XIII back at launch, everything else was just a bonus. I was really looking forward to see what Square could do with the Cell but now I am not so sure anymore. Ports are always was worse then was exclusives could be on any system. Microsoft just nuked all of E3.
For me it it is no choice to get RB2 over GH. I have lots and lots of downloaded songs already for RB1 <courteousy of my friends mostly> and since they will transfer over seemlessly to RB2 it is really a no brainer for me. Add to the fact the guitar and drums from RB1 work on RB2 then that makes it even better. I am very tempted to get the ION set though. But as of right now all I need is the game disc.

1. No one said anything about PS3 not having good games coming out, or at least I didn't.
2. We were refering to the 360 early release.
3. If you don't think that Gears is not a blockbuster seller for the 360 then that is your opinion and their is no need to bash.
4. Why would you put Bioshock and Tekken 6 on there. Tekken does not sell well, great fighting game yes, and my personal fav. Bioshock will not sell well on PS3 because ...

Then they break out rail guns and begin to melt the girders of the convention center causing it to collapse in on itself...... all that is left is a flickering screen that say "Only on Playstation 3"

It could actually work to everyone's advantage having that box up. Instead of having on people chatting, just point it at your TV screen. You would be able to coordinate like crazy. Imagine playing MGO with your buddy, he is walking behind you and drops like a rock from sniper fire, or someone is doing CQC to him/her right behind you without you knowing. Look up, see what's happening and react accordingly. Ultimate team play.
Anyone know if this game has off-line or online co-op? I can not view the video from work.
I think the reason you can not hear the vocalists online is because of latency issues. The vocals will always behind on the instruments if you play online. It is the same reason you can not hear the free style drum fills, they just won't line up. Hopefully they will find a way around it with RB2 though.
Actually that does make perfect sense. If I were the devs there is no way in the world I want to go head to head with Gears 2. This is one of the instances where different having genres doesn't matter. Anything released around it will fail on the 360. <sales wise not gameplay wise>
