Better with kinect label means the game is playable with controller but if you seems to have a kinect you could use it to improve a game or get extra options or modes. Kz3 looks like kz 2.
Uc 3 looks slighly better then uc2.
Gears of war looks on the same level as uc 3 to me. Which one is better is personal preference.
