The best way would be to order guides by game.
The 360 recognize the game and when push the circle(center) button on the controller you get inside the dashboard there would guide section where you can order it by level or maybe even more refine like checkpoints. You can of course rate the guides and with the streaming tech hopefully you wont have alot of downtime for buffering the guide.

Wow all i have seen about the powerVR series is that those things are integrated gpu in netbooks and are gpu in mobile phones.

I heard they leaked forza 3 on purpose with some kind of background code the flagged the 360 console as modded and when the next wave starts the console would be banned.

The only way to get a bungie game is if microsoft passes on the as a publishers. Then any publisher willing to pay for it can publish it.
Bungie went indie because the dont want to make halo games till 2050 and want to keep any new Ip they create inhouse. The went indie because of the artistic freedom.
