Welp its just as bad on consoles look at skyrim limited on ps4 version but thats a bit on sony part rather than bethesda and skyrim is free on pc the remastered thats if you bought the legendary edition that is
I have some terrible news for you tho, you can only play halo 5 to a limit on pc while master chief collection still helms x1 exclusive. And in order for ideal 4k on pc it does not come cheap especially those who dont own a desktop already and require to either build one which requires tad bit of tech savvy and money which is where its hard to say is justified to go for.
Wouldnt be surprised if they tried porting it i saw a couple mods that used external assets working i think another way this would work if bethesda was asked to port these themselves.
I give it at least two more years till that happens

Theres a difference between how its built for a pc and how it runs for a console now the difference is that consoles not using the same way the os is used on a pc, good example of this some guy tried running steam on ps4, it barely ran for shit on it why? Because steam not optimized the same way it is for pc even tho ps4 specs more than capable of running most games 1080p especially older titles but its not going to run it same way.
Not same optimization vs hardware capable example of this my note 5 can handle gta san andreas but has issues handling super smash bros melee but not cuz it cant handle it but because its not still perfected to work on phones yet as soon as someone configures the support for the mobile version then should work just as good as the original

Welp the character models only thing that bugs me the world solid graphics solid dog solid the npc what bugging me.. overall its a buy for me hopefully e3 shows a lot more
After looking at it again doesnt look that bad might have to tone those npc a bit overall itl be solid im sure of that. I just hope I dont hear same voices of people every dam time like in skyrim almost every npc had same voice it got annoying...
This game ever since launch on last gen was pretty flawless other then the online issue campaign side was rock solid, now on pc and next gen game even more amazing rockstar has done an amazing job and the fact that next week there adding more free online content is awesome of them
