The funny thing is when it doesn't get all perfect 10s it will be labeled as a failure. We all know it will happen. This is why review scores are pointless. It's more about the actual content of the review for me. Most times the score doesn't even match up to the actual review.
The 360 controller would be alot more comfortable if it wasn't for the stupid battery pack sticking out the back where your fingers go. Man that thing is annoying after a few minutes of play. I also think the analogue sticks would be better if they were convex like the DS3. Just my opinion though.
ODST was not $20 on release. I clearly remember it being sold for $60. I got mine for free with my 360 so I can't complain.
Yes
I got free release day delivery on mine. :P
He is in the "GAMING" industry. What do you expect him to talk about??
We care becuase this court case effects the entire gaming industry. You should care too.
Oh, so now I am a Fanboy?? I am not the one with the name "360FTW2". I didn't say anything that wasn't true. My issue is you people arguing over shipped or sold. The companies get their money when they ship units to retailers so that is a SOLD unit for them. The only reason they would ship more is because the retailer orders them. They don't just send them to reatil to boost their numbers.
So by your numbers it is at 5.5 million in six weeks and you say it will never sell 2 million more?? At this rate it will easily pass MW2 for the #1 spot.
Sold is sold as far as Sony or Microsoft care. They SELL them to the retailers and then it is up to retailers to make that money back by selling them to consumers.
Shipped=Sold in the eyes of Sony and Microsoft.
What do you think all companies report??? Shipped numbers. There is no way to know the exact sales to customers. Sony and Microsoft both get paid as soon as they ship each unit. So as far as either are concerned it IS a SOLD unit. Get over it.
It's not a double standard unless those exact users are on here commenting against this hack. You come back with a decent list (more than 2) of users who posted in favor of the 360/PSP hacks and also posted against the PS3 hack. You do that and we might agree with you. Until then, your claim is total BS.
It was $3.22 the other day here in Michigan.
I have mine on pre-order with KZ3. They will both be here at the same time on Tuesday. :)
You do know that all PS3 models will play PS1 games don't you? If you do own it for PS1 then you can simply put the disc in the PS3 and play it like normal. No reason to use Linux at all.
Too bad I own all the good ones already.
It's pretty clear you have never played GT5 so your "opinion" doesn't hold much weight. Sorry.
Maybe you should back away from this site too.
I can handle you selling GT5 because you are tired of the updates. That's fine, but you lost all credibility when you said you sold your G27. After playing GT5 with a Logitech Wheel there is no way you would sell the wheel. There is no better way to play a racing game than with a good wheel.
Mine showed up about 4 hours before my copy of KZ3 today. I played around with it in the demo until the game came. I am loving it. I will be trying it out in MAG in the next day or so.
