You do understand the meaning of the word "investigation" don't you? They hired an outside security firm to investigate. It takes time to conduct an investigation and create a report of the findings. Once Sony revieved the report and learned the extend of the attack they reported it to us. What is so damn hard to understand about that? I mean the police don't go handing out information to the public without conducting a full investigation first do they?
Portal 2 does not deserve to be on that list.
I have them both and really enjoy each one. Homefront is some of the most fun I have had in an online shooter and All-Stars is a fun arcade style wrestling game.
Maybe you just need to adapt to the new ways of SOCOM.
The game is still technically on 3 platforms though isn't it?? Not all things are compatible between PC and Mac therefore they are by default different platforms. Just because Steam decides to give you the game for either one with the same pruchase does not change this fact.
I got the same deal on mine. I have completed the single player and co-op locally with my wife. I have also played it on my PC for a bit. Add in my $20 amazon credit and Portal 2 on PS3 is well worth the money I paid for it. :)

I can't confirm on the hardest difficulty but on the easier difficulties Shoa Khan will taunt like crazy when you are on the opposite side of the screen. I just hit him with a ranges attack like a fireball and then keep walking away from him until he taunts again then hit him again. Got plenty of doubel flawless victories this way. It's cheap I know but it works for the characters that you aren't too good with.
First of all, the service is far from shitty. It is on par with LIVE with the exception of not having cross-game chat and a party system.

Exactly, the only people who should be judging it's success are Remedy. Alan wake is probably my favorite game on 360 period. That fact alone makes it a success in my book as there are tons of amazing games on the 360.

I think that is more your fault than Valve's. It was widely advertised that the PS3 version would be a better deal for the money.
I think he means no Steam Works and no free Steam version of the game like on PS3.
