Here is the thing a lot of you are forgetting about -- the power of instant gratification. Gamestop's used business thrives on it.
Sure, you COULD make double by selling your game on Ebay or Craigslist but that takes time and there isn't a guarantee that it will sell. You can go into any gamestop and get money right then and there for your games without the hassle.

Genke are you an idiot? Microsoft has always backed their DLC even when they had Blu-Ray. I'm firmly convinced that the only reason MS backed HD-DVD was so it would hold off Blu-Ray for just long enough that it would give them time to boost their DLC store.
Regardless of the fact, Microsoft always pushed the heck out of their DLC. It wasn't just since Blu-Ray won.
Am I the only PS3 owner and fan who isn't absolutely freaking out about this game? I'm more excited over some of the other new games coming out for the PS3 over this. I'm sure it will be a good game but its definitely not the only reason I bought my PS3 like some people want you to believe.
Please...Back on ths PS1 when Sony released analog they didn't offer a discount. I'm so sick of people feeling so entitled for being early adopters. You chose to buy early knowing there would be upgrades. Why should you be entitled to the bonuses just for buying early? Its getting ridiculous between the whiny Apple iPhone users and now people complaining about the PS3 controllers. Suck it up. You bought early, they upgraded, now either buy the new controller or deal with it.
Where did you get a final copy of FFXIII? Wow, you must be really special to be able to play that game and say the graphics for it that hasn't even been released yet are better than anything currently for the 360. Either that or you have powers to see into the future!

While Blu-Ray is awesome MikesLemonade I didn't buy my PS3 for Blu-Ray. I bought it to play games. I wish people would stop caring so much about a movie format and care more about their video games. I still would have bought my PS3 to go along my 360 even without Blu-Ray. Its a nice to have but it isn't essential.
Yeah, I guess a sequel to one of the top selling games this generation is no killer app. Keep dreaming.
Serious question - why don't developers start using the PS3 as the leading system then porting to the 360? At least that way all gamers get a quality game regardless if they own a PS3 or Xbox 360.
Why does that matter? Video games are about enjoyment, plain and simple. If he is enjoying the game why should you care? Just because it didn't get a high review and the general gaming public doesn't like it? Who cares. I'm sick of people telling me I'm an idiot for playing a game I ENJOY even though it's not an AAA stellar game. If your friend is enjoying the game you should just let him enjoy it and move on. No harm done to you.

Why does everyone think Sonic failed in the 2d to 3d transition? Sonic Adventure 1&2 were both good games. The more recent 3d Sonic games weren't very good but that doesn't take anything away from the Dreamcast games.
Completely agree. For $149 you're getting a great upscaling player (which usually go for $80-100 themselves) and 7 free movies. The movies already on the market will never go "bad" plus as said, you can still use it to upscale your older DVDs to look great. I'd say that best buy one is definitely worth getting if you want to test the HD format waters.

This is awesome...But isn't about time that Nintendo released an expansion pack to Mii options? People are super creative (as noticed in the competitions) but some more Mii options would be pretty sweet!
