Of course putting down a PS4 exclusive. No there is no agenda to downplay PS4 great exclusives at all /sarcasm.
The only way to test if this is true is with a game that shows actual game play. At this point such claim is pure speculation. It's better to get 4k first instead of making promises that are impossible to commit due to the processing power and complexity of the games.
