The xbox was big, clunky and ugly. The 360 looked ok, but had hardware failures that made China blush. The Xbone (pronounced ex bone, how it will forever be called) looks like my old VCR from 1992. For a second I didn't know whether to put a disc in it or put my feet up on it, or rest my drink on it lol
lol EA doesn't care if they're hated, they care if they're making money, and if that means selling more games, or selling online passes, or throwing out online passes since they probably cost more to implement than the money made back from absolutely no one buying them, you have a cost benefit relationship there. Sony may be able to do something with cloud streaming of games with PS4 given its relationship with certain cloud technology providers. Microsoft already has plans with Xbone to do cloud streaming in a few years when all servers are set up and tested, this will theoretically allow devs to use better hardware to program games, where the Xbone just streams the image. This is currently all theoretical and pie in the sky, so we'll see what really happens in 3 years.
