they should give you the option to choose a gametype and stick with it for as long as you want.
My favorite type is big team slayer but if i wanna play it i have to suffer through boring rounds of territories and assault.

I doubt it as long as the PS3 install remains significantly smaller it's still gonna be treated like the ugly step child by developers.

Reviewers have been sh!tting perfect scores left and right now a 8.9 is considered a low score
one word comes to mind "desperation" but if it works then great cuz there's no way Blu-Ray can compete being 300$ more

Unfortunately this is pretty much what you get from the majority of the gaming press, unless you're listening to Sony focus media it's almost impossible to get a positive impression of the PS3.
Every positive PS3 news is countered by a negative remark example;
-Ratchet & Clank is amazing, yeah but it's the only thing to play on the console.
-Wow Sony dropped the PS3 price to 399$, yeah but there's nothing to play on it.
-Rumble is coming back, yeah but ...
