If done right there could be a place for it. For example you start in two different locations and make your way through. player a) has to do something to let player b) proceed and visa versa. I donno but maybe play it first before making a judgement.

Always on, I doubt it. Built in Kinect would be more trouble than its worth. The console would have to be at a certain height, maybe even central to the TV, I just see too many issues arising from a built in unit. Makes sense to have it in the bundle when you buy the console, but as a separate unit.
Blu-ray a maybe, but whats the odds MS resurrects the defunct HD DVD for the consoles games.
The only apps I use are Netflix and Hulu Plus.

Yeah it's in but it's pointless now, you just press X and respawn. The guy can tea bag to his hearts content, but the player your tea bagging won't get to see it unless he does not press the button to respawn and waits for the auto respawn.
